Motorcycle Gunmen Strike: 36-Year-Old Man Injured in Broad Daylight Attack

COLOMBO (News 1st); A shooting incident at the Paththanduwana Junction in Minuwangoda has left a 36-year-old man injured.

According to police reports, the attack occurred around 11 a.m. when two unidentified individuals on a motorcycle opened fire before fleeing the scene.

The injured individual has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Buddhika Manatunga, the Police Spokesperson, confirmed that investigations have been launched to identify the suspects and determine the motive behind the shooting.
