Widespread Misuse of Public Property in Presidential Election

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Institute for Democratic Reforms and Electoral Studies has raised alarms over the ongoing misuse of public property in the lead-up to the presidential election.

According to Manjula Gajanayake, Executive Director of IRES, the institute has received nearly 180 complaints related to the election. 

Shockingly, 165 of these complaints pertain to the misuse of public facilities.
