Starlink Gets License To Operate In Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka issued a Telecommunications Service Provider License to Starlink Lanka (Private) Limited for the provision of Satellite Broadband Services in Sri Lanka. The license was issued under Section 17B of the Sri Lanka Telecommunication Act. The TRCSL said that the license will be in effect from 12th August 2024.
