Fuel prices revised

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CEYPETCO) announced revisions to fuel product prices, effective February 1st, 2024. The adjustments reflect a mixed bag of increases and decreases across various categories.

Lanka Petrol 92 Octane: Increase of Rs. 5 per liter to Rs. 371 (previously Rs. 366)

Lanka Petrol 95 Octane Euro 4: Decrease of Rs. 8 per liter to Rs. 456 (previously Rs. 464)

Lanka Auto Diesel: Increase of Rs. 5 per liter to Rs. 363 (previously Rs. 358)

Lanka Super Diesel 4 Star Euro 4: Decrease of Rs. 7 per liter to Rs. 468 (previously Rs. 475)

Lanka Kerosene: Increase of Rs. 26 per liter to Rs. 262 (previously Rs. 236)

Lanka IOC also revised fuel prices in line with the CPC price revision.

Sinopec also announced revised fuel prices.

Accordingly, the price of a liter of 92 Octane petrol was increased by Rs.5 and the new price is Rs.368.

The price of a liter of 95 Octane petrol was reduced by Rs.8.

The new price is Rs.456.

Sinopec increased the price of a liter of Auto Diesel by Rs.5 and the new price is Rs.360.

The price of a liter of Super Diesel was reduced by Rs.7 to Rs.468.
