Prices of cigarettes, increased

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The price of cigarettes has been increased with effect from Saturday (01).

The Ministry of Finance says that with the increase in excise duty, the price of a cigarette has been increased.

Accordingly, the price of cigarettes has been increased by Rs. 5, Rs.15, Rs.20, and Rs.25, under 4 categories.
