COLOMBO (News 1st); The Apostolic Nuncio to Sri Lanka His Excellency Archbishop the Most Rev. Brian Udaigwe raised concerns with regard to the Easter Attacks probe, and the proposed Anti-Terror Law.

The Apostolic Nuncio to Sri Lanka said more needs to be done to serve justice over the Easter Attacks of 2019.

"There are people who did the attacks, and people who were behind it," said the Apostolic Nuncio to Sri Lanka Archbishop the Most Rev. Brian Udaigwe.

"I have met with political leaders in Colombo, they always give assurances that they are doing their best, but it worries if at all the best is being done. The best has not yet been done. I would not say that nothing is done. It has not yeilded the fruit that is desired. Those behind it or those who did it, have not been completely pointed out," he said.

The Apostolic Nuncio to Sri Lanka His Excellency Archbishop the Most Rev. Brian Udaigwe visited Kandy to meet with the Mahanayake Theros of the Asgiri and Malwathu Chapters.

His Excellency Archbishop the Most Rev. Brian Udaigwe also visited the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy.
