Sathosa drops prices of several essentials

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sathosa, the largest state-owned retail chain, has decided to drop the prices of multiple essentials with effect from Friday (9).

The new prices are as follows:

Imported White Kekulu Rice (1kg): Rs 185/- (Reduced by Rs. 10/-)

Imported White Nadu Rice (1kg): Rs. 194/- (Reduced by Rs. 4/-)

Dhal (1kg): Rs. 429/- (Reduced by Rs. 31/-)

White Sugar (1kg): Rs. 279/- (Reduced by Rs. 19/-)

Sprats (1kg): Rs. 1,352/- (Reduced by Rs. 25/-)

Garlic (1kg): Rs. 595/- (Reduced by Rs. 155/-)

Batana (1kg): Rs. 515/- (Reduced by Rs. 50/-)
