Man gunned down in Unawatuna

COLOMBO (News 1st); A person has been shot dead in Unawatuna, Galle today (14), Police says.
The Sri Lanka Police said two people who arrived on a motorcycle had carried out the shooting opposite the victim's residence, this afternoon.
According to Police, the 43-year-old victim who sustained injuries in the shooting, had died upon admission to the Karapitiya Hospital.
Police said investigations are underway to arrest the suspects.
