COLOMBO (News 1st); People between the ages of 20 - 29 in the Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara and Galle Districts will be vaccinated from Monday (6).
Army Commander General Shavendra Silva said vaccination centers in the Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara and Galle Districts will administer the vaccines for those between 20 - 29 years.
In addition, the vaccine will also be administered at the Vihara Maha Devi Park, Diyatha Uyana, Panagoda Military Camp and the Werahara Military Installation.
The program of administering COVID-19 vaccines for persons between 20 and 30 in Colombo will commence tomorrow (06), Dr. Dinuka Guruge, Chief Epidemiologist of the Colombo Municipal Council says.
She said that the Sinopharm vaccine will be administered to residents, both temporary and permanent of Colombo 1 – 15 areas.
The vaccination process will be carried out from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. tomorrow and she has requested the public to not to cause any congestion as there are sufficient stocks of vaccines.
The e-channeling facility will be open after 6:00 p.m., she added.

2) Ginthupitiya MOH office -walk in
3) Forbes Road Community Hall – walk in and e-channeling
4) Campbell Park -Walk in
5) Shalika Hall -walk in and e-channeling
6) Roxy Gardens – walk-in and e-channeling
