Gampaha recorded highest number of COVID cases in past 24 hours

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Gampaha District recorded the highest number of 591 COVID-19 infections in 24 hours, said the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).

Since the 04th of October 2020, the Gampaha District has recorded a total of 59,569 COVID-19 cases.

However, the Colombo District has recorded the highest number of COVID-19 cases since the 04th of October 2020, which is 75,145.
