1,825 COVID-19 cases reported on Saturday (26); Gampaha tops with 407 cases

COLOMBO (News 1st); A total of 1,825 COVID-19 cases were reported in Sri Lanka on Saturday (26), said the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) on Sunday (27).
1,801 of these cases were from the Post-Avurudu Cluster and the 24 others were those who tested positive for the coronavirus are returning from overseas.
Gampaha recorded the highest number of 407 infections in the past 24 hours, said the NOCPCO.
