228 people from Colombo COVID positive on Wednesday (28) : NOCPCO

COLOMBO (News 1st); 228 people from the Colombo District tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday (29) said the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).

209 people from the Gampaha District and 172 people from the Kurunegala District also tested positive for the coronavirus. 133 people from the Kalutara District and 119 people from the Matale District also tested positive for COVID-19. Since the 04th of October 2020, a total of 33,983 people had tested positive for the coronavirus from the Colombo District.
