Produce Hejaaz in court, AG tells IGP

Colombo (News1st): Attorney General Dappula De Livera had instructed the Inspector General of Police to produce Attorney-at-Law Hejaaz Hizbullah to a relevant Magistrate's Court. State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne, the coordinating officer to the Attorney General speaking to News 1st said m Hejaaz Hizbullah should be produced in the court on the charges under section 02 (1) (h) of the Prevention of Terrorism Act and section 03 (1) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
