Update : Sri Lanka's COVID-19 cases rises to 960

COLOMBO (News1st): Sri Lanka's number of coronavirus patients rose to 960 after 25 people tested positive for the virus on Saturday, the health ministry said. One patient had returned from Chennai in India recently, director general of health services Dr. Anil Jasinghe said in a statement. He noted that 938 PCR tests had been carried out yesterday to identify coronavirus patients. Official figures show that the number of people who had recovered from the virus in the country stands at 520. Forty three had recovered on Saturday. Sri Lanka's health ministry has reported nine deaths due to the coronavirus.
