Eknaligoda disappearance - Evidence Examination in March

Colombo (News 1st) - Evidence examination in the case filed over the abduction and assassination of Journalist Prageeth Ekneligoda will commence on the 11th of March at the Permanent High Court Trial at Bar in Colombo. The Attorney General filed the case against 09 Sri Lanka Army Intelligence personnel on several charges including the abduction and assassination of Journalist Prageeth Ekneligoda. The case will be taken up in the presence of Justices Sampath Abeykoon, Sampath Wijeratne and Gihan Kulatunga.
