Two arrested over homicide in Weeraketiya

COLOMBO (News 1st):- Two suspects have been arrested in connection to a murder at Weeraketiya. The police said that the arrested suspects aged between 45 and 46 are residents of Weeraketiya. The murder occurred when a person who was sleeping was stabbed and murdered in a house located in Egodawaththa, Weeraketiya early morning yesterday (January 25). The suspects who were arrested over the incident are due to be presented before the Walasmulla Magistrate Court today (January 26).
