Water cut for several parts in Colombo

COLOMBO(News 1st) - The National Water Supply and Drainage Board states that a breakdown in the main water pipeline between Ambathale and Maligakanda has interrupted the water supply to several areas of Colombo. The Water Board added that the areas Fort, Pettah, Chiththapalam A. Gardiner and D.R. Wijewardana streets will experience a water cut due to the breakdown. In addition, Colombo 12 and Colombo 13 areas will experience a low-pressure water supply. The Water Board stated that they hope to restore the water supply immediately as soon as possible.
