Yoshitha Rajapaksa reinstated as Lieutenant of Sri Lanka Navy

Colombo (News 1st): Yoshitha Rajapaksa has been reinstated to his former position of Lieutenant of Sri Lanka Navy. Spokesperson of the Sri Lanka Navy Commander Isuru Suriyabandara noted that the reinstation was following instructions given by the President. Accordingly, he was reinstated with effect from February 28, 2018. The service was suspended following investigations carried out on the CSN channel.
