Wind speed between 70-80 kmph to be expected in certain sea areas

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Due to the cloudy weather conditions in the Western, Southern and South-western sea areas of the island, heavy showers/thundershowers and sudden roughness with the sudden increase of wind speed up to 70-80 kmph are to be expected. Naval and fishing communities are also requested to be vigilant in this regards.
