Uva Wellassa University to reopen on May 21st

Colombo (News 1st): All faculties at the Uva Wellassa University are to reopen for academic activities on the 21st of May. Vice-Chancellor Professor Jayantha Lal Ratnasekera said security across the university has been beefed up and students can enter their dorms from 08:00 AM on the 20th of May. Meanwhile, the recommencement of academic activities at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Colombo is as follows; 03rd and 04th-year students - 22nd May 01st and 02nd-year students - 27th May Accordingly, all students residing in student hostels are requested to report to their dorms on the following dates ; 03rd and 04th-year students - 21st May 01st and 02nd-year students - 26th May All post-graduate and other courses will recommence on the 01st of June.
