Nagananda Kodituwakku suspended from practising law

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Attorney-at-Law Nagananda Kodituwakku was suspended from practising law for three years by the Supreme Court this afternoon. The suspension was carried out as he was found guilty of defaming the former appeal court judge, Vijitha Malalgoda. The case was taken up before the Chief Justice Nalin Perera, Justices Sisira de Abrew and Prasanna Jayawardena.
