3 arrested in Wilachchiya for posession of drugs

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Three individuals were arrested in Pemaduwa, Wilachchciya for the possession of 20 packets of drugs. Police believe that the drugs which were found in the possession of the suspects is heroin. According to the Police, the raid was carried out following a tip-off received by the Police Special Task Force. The drugs that were seized weighed at 770 milligrams. The arrested suspects aged 28, 30, and 38 are locals of Wilachchiya.
