Peradeniya Uni. Engineering faculty closed due to unruly behaviour

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Peradeniya has been closed until further notice. Vice Chancellor of the University of Peradeniya Professor Upul Dissanayake said that all students at the faculty have been advised to return to their homes by 2 pm this afternoon. (July 17) The action has been taken due to unruly behaviour of the students of the faculty. Professor Upul Dissanayake further stated that strict disciplinary action will be taken against the students who fail to adhere to the orders.
