COLOMBO (News1st): Arumugam Thondaman has been appointed Chairman of the Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC), after Deputy Minister Muthu Sivalingam vacated the post.
Muthu Sivalingam was sworn in as the Deputy Minister of Primary Industries on Thursday.
