Court to Deliver Order on Namal Rajapaksa’s Bail Today

COLOMBO (News1st); A decision on MP Namal Rajapaksa’s bail application in the Krrish deal case is set to be announced this afternoon. 

MP Namal Rajapaksa was brought to the court premises by Prison authorities earlier this morning.

The bail application, submitted on the grounds of his parents' ill health, was previously heard by Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama, who scheduled today for the final order. 

MP Namal Rajapaksa faces multiple charges, including allegedly receiving a Rs. 70 million bribe from Krrish Company through its director, Janaki Siriwardhana.
