Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri Arrives in Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News 1st); Indian Foreign Secretary Shri Vikram Misri arrived in Colombo today (5) on a one-day official visit aimed at further strengthening the longstanding partnership between India and Sri Lanka.

During his visit, the Indian Foreign Secretary is scheduled to call on President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, and Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath, among other senior leaders.

The visit comes amid ongoing high-level engagement between the two neighboring countries and is expected to reinforce close bilateral relations while maintaining momentum on a range of key initiatives and areas of cooperation.
