Grenade Attack On Ratmalana Factory

COLOMBO (News 1st): A grenade attack was carried out this morning on a rubber stamp manufacturing facility on Gnanendra Road in Ratmalana.

According to police, two hand grenades were thrown at the premises. 

Only one exploded.

No injuries or casualties were reported.

Police said the premises is located close to the residence where the mother of alleged drug trafficker Russell Smith lives.

Police also revealed that the property targeted in the attack belongs to a cousin of Russell Smith.
