COLOMBO (News 1st) - Sri Lanka’s Jithma Wijethunga has secured the silver medal in the women’s 400m event at the New Taipei City Athletics Open 2026 in Taiwan.
Wijethunga clocked a time of 53.16 seconds in the event, earning her the silver medal.
New Taipei City Athletics Open 2026 is currently underway in New Taipei, one of Taiwan's largest cities.
