Stock of Illegal Pills Worth 60 Million Found in Kalpitiya

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A stock of illegal pills valued at approximately 60 million rupees has been discovered in a garage in Kottaramulla, Koswatta, Kalpitiya.
Police say that along with a haul of 863,690 pills, they also took a cab into their custody.
According to the police, this stock of pills had been brought inland via a sea route in Kalpitiya.
The seized stock is scheduled to be produced before the Marawila Magistrate's Court.
