Water Supply To Be Suspended For 32 Hours In Colombo And Suburbs Tomorrow

COLOMBO(News 1st); The National Water Supply and Drainage Board says water supply will be suspended for 32 hours, from 8.30 a.m. tomorrow until 4.30 p.m. the following day, in several suburban areas of Colombo.

Accordingly, water supply will be suspended from Colombo 1 to Colombo 15, and in Battaramulla, Pelawatta, Hokandara, Koswatta, Thalawathugoda, Kotte, Rajagiriya, Mirihana, Madiwela, Nugegoda, Nawala, Kolonnawa, IDH, Kotikawatta, Angoda, Wellampitiya, Orugodawatta, Maharagama, Boralesgamuwa, Dehiwala, Moratuwa, and Soysapura.

The suspension is due to maintenance work being carried out by the Ceylon Electricity Board..
