Youth Murdered in Kilinochchi: Investigations Launched In Search of Suspects

COLOMBO (News 1st); A youth has been reportedly murdered with sharp weapons in Nelliyaddi, Kilinochchi.

The body of the victim was discovered lying on the road with cut wounds when the parents of the victim searched for him as he had not returned home. 

According to the police, The individual was admitted to the Kilinochchi Hospital, and later succumbed to his injuries. 

The deceased is a 29-year-old resident of Karanavai, Nelliyaddi.

Investigations are currently underway to find the suspects involved in the murder.
