Sri Lanka Launches 1818 Hotline for Drug-Related Information and Public Assistance

COLOMBO (News 1st); As part of the national mission “A United Nation” to eradicate the drug menace, the President’s Media Division has announced the activation of a dedicated hotline — 1818 — for the public to report drug-related activities and seek assistance.

The 1818 hotline will serve as a central platform for citizens to:

Report drug trafficking and abuse.
Share information on suspicious activities.
