Pistol Recovered Near Kadawatha Expressway

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A pistol and ammunition were recovered near the Kadawatha Expressway following a special operation based on intelligence received from the Army Intelligence Unit.
The weapon was reportedly intended for use by the associates of Ganemulla Sanjeewa in a planned attack on Kesel Baddara Padme's group.
Kadawatha Police are conducting further investigations into the matter.
