Air Quality Declines Across the Island

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The National Building Research Organization reports a decline in air quality across nine areas of the island.

These include Galle, Kandy, Ratnapura, Embilipitiya, Puttalam, Badulla, Trincomalee, Polonnaruwa, and Anuradhapura. 

Among these, Karapitiya in Galle has the lowest air quality, with its air quality index ranging between 106 and 114 units.
