Final Decision on Electricity Tariff Revision to be Announced on 17th January

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka says that the final decision regarding the electricity tariff revision will be announced on January 17, 2025.

The Commission says that the process of gathering public opinions is currently underway.

Today, public feedback is being gathered in the Uva Province.

From January 3 onwards, public opinions will be gathered from other provinces as well.

The Commission confirms that the final decision in this regard will be announced on January 17, 2025.
