Report on Privileges for MPs, Ministers, and Ex-Presidents Submitted to President

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A report on the privileges given to Members of Parliament, Ministers, and former Presidents has been submitted to President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.

The report was handed over by the chairman of the committee, former Supreme Court Justice K.T. Chitrasiri.

The committee, under the leadership of Supreme Court Justice K.T. Chitrasiri, was appointed to review the privileges provided to Members of Parliament, Ministers, and former Presidents.

Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya and Secretary to the President Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake were present at the occasion when the report was handed over.
