Two Women Attacked with Sharp Weapons in Panadura

Colombo (News 1st): Early this morning, two women in the Pinwatta area of Panadura were attacked with sharp weapons.

According to the police, three individuals arrived in a three-wheeler and carried out the attack before fleeing the scene.

The injured women have been admitted to Panadura Hospital for treatment.

Police reports indicate that the two women are involved in drug trafficking.

The victims, aged 59 and 46, are residents of the Pinwatta Uuranna Badawatta area.
