India-Sri Lanka Economic Partnership Vision on connectivity

COLOMBO (News 1st); Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi and the President of Sri Lanka Ranil Wickremesinghe have acknowledged that the India-Sri Lanka partnership has been a source of strength in overcoming economic difficulties faced by Sri Lanka.

The India-Sri Lanka Economic Partnership Vision statement published following bilateral talks between the Indian Prime Minister and the visiting Sri Lankan President highlighted Maritime connectivity, Air connectivity, Energy and Power connectivity, Trade, Economic and Financial Connectivity, and People-to-people Connectivity as components in enhancing Indo-Lanka relations.
