Colombo (News 1st) - Threewheel drivers Associations have said, although the price of Petrol had decreased, there will be no reduction in threewheel fares,
Lalith Dharmasekara, President of the All Ceylon Threewheel Drivers' Union, stated that a fee review committee should be appointed immediately for the threewheelers.
Meanwhile, the All Ceylon Private Bus Owners' Association says, bus fares will not be reduced since diesel prices have not been revised.
The fuel prices were revised, effective from midnight yesterday.
Accordingly, the price of a liter of octane 92 petrol has been reduced by 15 rupees.
Its new price is 318 rupees.
A liter of octane 95 petrol has been increased by 20 rupees.
Accordingly, its new price will be 385 rupees.
A liter of Lanka Super Diesel has been increased by 10 rupees and its new price is at as 340 rupees.
A liter of Sri Lanka kerosene has been reduced by 50 rupees to 245 rupees.
A liter of Sri Lanka industrial kerosene has been reduced by 60 rupees.
Accordingly, the new price is 270 rupees,
