Three men arrested for plotting a murder

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police arrested three people for attempting to shoot dead a person in Wellampitiya.

Police said that two men were arrested from Kotuwila for planning the murder, and aiding in the attempted murder.

Following interrogation, the motorcyclist who was assigned to carry out the shooting was arrested in Bomiriya.

The motorcycle was discovered from Borella, and the suspects will be produced in court on Monday (13).
