Miss Sri Lanka New York ends in brawl

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Angelia Gunasekara won the first ever Miss Sri Lanka New York pageant.

This competition was held in South Beach, USA, where 14 contestants competed in the grand finale.

Angelia Gunasekara became the first Miss Sri Lanka New York at the pageant.

The proceeds from this pageant will be given to the National Cancer Hospital of Sri Lanka.

However, the night ended with ugly scenes when a brawl broke out.
