Galle Face road open again for light vehicles

COLOMBO (News 1st); Police say that the temporarily closed Galle Face road has been reopened for light vehicles.

The road was temporarily closed after the security forces removed the people who were protesting for more than 100 days in front of the President’s office in Galle Face, demanding his resignation.

The removal of the barriers was done yesterday (22).
