Many filling stations closed due to shortage

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Filling Station Owners' Association says that many filling stations have been closed due to a lack of fuel.

Chairman of the Filling Station Owners' Association S. Fernando says that until further notice the general public should NOT visit filling stations in hope of obtaining fuel, despite receiving a token.

He further said that as soon as filling stations receive fuel stocks, the token holders will be informed of the availability
