Power Cuts reduced to 2 hours - PUCSL

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) said that the period of daily power cuts will be reduced from the 2nd of June due to the reduction in the daily demand for electricity and increased hydropower generation.

Accordingly, the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) announced that the power cut will be limited to 2 hours on June 2nd and 3rd.

The power cut on June 4th has also been limited to one hour and there will be no power cuts on June 5th.
