Bill to be presented to legalize hemp (Kansa) exports

COLOMBO (News 1st); A bill will be presented to Parliament within the next three months to legalize the exports of Hemp (Kansa), said Sri Lanka's State Minister of Indigenous Medicine Promotion, Rural and Ayurvedic Hospitals Development, and Community Health.

Sisira Jayakody told Parliament that the country's Indigenous and Ayurvedic pratices were used to treat COVID-19 patients and minimize deaths over the past year.
