EXTREME WEATHER: Five dead, two injured and One missing

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka's Disaster Management Center said five people died due to Extreme Weather in Sri Lanka, while two people were injured and another reported missing.

The DMC said 4,391 people from 1,143 families were affected.

12 houses were destroyed and 634 houses were damaged, it said.

In addition 257 people were moved to nine shelters, according to the DMC situation reported mentioned below.
