500+ COVID cases from Gampaha in 24 hours; 2,460 COVID-19 cases on Friday (30) in Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka recorded a total of 2,460 COVID-19 infections on Friday (30) said the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID 19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) on Saturday (31).
Gampaha recorded the highest number of 535 COVID-19 cases during that period, said the NOCPCO adding that Kalutara and Colombo recorded 441 & 222 COVID-19 cases respectively.
