COLOMBO (News 1st): The time ahead in Sri Lanka with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic is very critical and of high risk, warned the State Ministry of Primary Health Care, Epidemics, and COVID Disease Control on Thursday (May 06). "The time ahead is very risky. The people should remain vigilant with the assumption that the person next to you is already infected with the virus, and take all preventive measures to remain safe," Dr. Sudarshani Fernandopulle, the State Ministry of Primary Health Care, Epidemics, and COVID Disease Control stressed. Thereby, the State Minister sternly advised the people to restrict movement as much as possible, avoid travelling, and remain home in the coming 02 to 03 weeks.
