Wijeyadasa's son granted bail after arrested over accident

Colombo (News 1st); Rakitha Rajapakshe, the son of MP Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe, was released on a personal bail of Rs. 100,000/- after he was arrested over an accident.

Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana speaking to News 1st said the accident involving an SUV and a Car took place at 10:30 PM on Monday. "04 people traveling in the car were injured and the SUV was driven by Rajapakshe," he added.
