151 COVID patients from Colombo on Friday (26); 30 from Colombo 01

Colombo (News 1st); 151 Coronavirus patients were detected from the Colombo district on Friday (26), said the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO). 30 of these cases were reported from Fort (Colombo 01) while 24 cases were reported from Mirihana. Since the 04th of October 2020, a total of 29,581 coronavirus patients were reported from the Colombo District. 89 COVID-19 cases were reported from the Gampaha District and 37 COVID-19 cases were reported from the Ratnapura District on Friday (26) as well, said the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO). A total of 497 COVID-19 cases were reported from across the island on Friday (26) and the total number of COVID-19 cases reported since 04th October 2020 in Sri Lanka is now at 72,162.
